It was another chilly morning in the national capital today as icy winds swept the city while early morning fog disrupted rail and air traffic, delaying 25 trains and 7 flights.
“The minimum temperature recorded this morning was 9 degree Celsius, two notches above the normal for this part of the year,” a MeT official said.
The visibility at 8.30 AM was 500 metres while the humidity was recorded at 97 per cent, the official added.
