Indian Railways has evolved the state-of-the-art web based complaint receiving system for immediate redressal of grievances of rail users. A web based Indian Railway Complaint Management System (IRCMS) is operational where a passenger can lodge complaint in respect of services provided by zonal railways through SMS and can send to Mobile +919717630982 or can lodge complaint o­n the prescribed web based format at the following web address from anywhere in the Indian Railways system:

It has obviously opened a new chapter in the arena of prompt disposal of rail users’ grievances and the Eastern Railway users can now fully utilise this mode of communication for immediate redressal of complaints and suggessions also.

Superfast Jansadharan special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus- Darbhanga and between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Varanasi

Railways have decided to extend the run of Superfast Jansadharan special trains between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus- Darbhanga and between Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Varanasi to clear the extra rush of passengers. The details are as under –

A) LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS-DARBHANGA (4)

02049 Superfast jansadharan special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 16.40 hours o­n Thursday 19.6.2014 & 26.6.2014 (2 trips) and will arrive Darbhanga at 02.25 hours o­n third day i.e. Saturday.

 

02050 Superfast jansadharan special will leave Darbhanga at 13.10 hours o­n Saturday 21.6.2014 & 28.6.2014 (2 trips) and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 23.45 hours next day i.e. Sunday.

Halts: Nasik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi, Manikpur, Mughalsarai and Patna.

B) LOKMANYA TILAK TERMINUS-VARANASI (2)

02055 Superfast jansadharan special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 16.40 hrs o­n every Monday from 23.6.2014 and will arrive Varanasi at 19.15 hrs next day i.e. Tuesday.

02056 Weekly superfast jansadharan special will leave Varanasi at 20.10 hrs o­n every Tuesday from 24.6.2014 and will arrive Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 23.20 hrs next day i.e. Wednesday.

Halts: Nasik Road, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Itarsi and Manikpur.

Composition: Both the above specials will run with 21 General second class and 2 General second class cum guard’s brake vans.

Railways has decided to run o­ne trip of 06013 Chennai Central – Jodhpur Special.

Train No. 06013 Chennai Central-Jaipur Special train will depart from Chennai Central at 11.00  hrs o­n 19^th June,2014  and reach Jodhpur at 06.00 hrs. at 21^stJune,2014 .

             

            The train will halt at Gudur Jn., Nellore, Kavali, o­ngole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada Jn, Khammam, Warangal, Ramgundem, Sirpurkagaznagar, Balharshah, Wardha Jn, Badnera Jn, Murtajapur, Akola Jn, Bhusaval, Jalgaon, Amalner, Nandurbar, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mehsana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Sirohi Road, Falna, Rani, Marwar, Pali Marwar and Luni stations.

 
The train will have First AC, AC III Tier, AC II Tier , Second Class Sleeper Coaches.
