I found IRCTC website portal useless not even in Tatkal Hours but till evening 04.00 PM.
The following problems user may face between and after tatkal hours.
1) Login Problems: User of irctc portal are unable to login. The login page take more time to display. After input of ID & Password, it is take 5+ Minutes for login. Many times it's shows service unavailable message.
2) Payment Failure/Payment Debit but Ticket not booked: I think this is a common issue with every user of irctc portal may face this during this booking hours. After make payment it's take 5+ minutes for showing the booking status and I found mostly it's shows error after making payment.
