How to File Online TDR Refund Request for E-ticket OR How to View TDR Status.
Follow the below steps for File TDR process.
1) Login to Your irctc.co.in Account.
2) Choose My Transaction option just below Plan My Travel Option.
3) Choose File TDR Option under the My Transaction Menu as same shown in the below Image.
4) Select The PNR for which TDR is to be filled and Click "File TDR" Button OR Do as Same Shown in Below image.
5) Mark the Passengers from ticket details for Claiming the TDR refund and Choose the option for the valid reason for TDR Claim and Click on Submit Button. OR do as Same shown in below image.
6) After Click on Submit Button the New Task bar open, Choose Ok. This is the last stage of TDR Filling process. OR Do as shown in the below Image.
7) Click on TDR History Option which is just after the TDR File option OR Do as shown in the below Image.
8) After Choose above Option, On this the available list of TDR requests. OR Do as shown in the below Image.
9) Select the PNR which you want to check and Press the Check Status button or do as Shown in the below Image.
10) After Press Check Status Button the detail of file TDR available.

9) Select the PNR which you want to check and Press the Check Status button or do as Shown in the below Image.
10) After Press Check Status Button the detail of file TDR available.
Note: TDR Refund take Approximately 60 days as per Rules.
Note: No refund shall be granted on reserved ticket if its surrendered for cancellation after
two hours of the actual departure of the train
