    I had cancelled my tickets (PNR’s mentioned below) on 5 June but still not yet receive my refund.
    As it’s already 15 days and the customer care always provide the SCRIPTED ANSWERS, could you please provide me the details about my refund.

    Every time they say to wait for another two days, and now weeks,, Is this the level of support do you have ??
    There was a lady on one call she starts with MONDAY then TUESDAY and ENDS with FRIDAY or SATURDAY..
    It happened to me many times for this issue and with great dissatisfaction I would request for either provide any nodal officer or a proper escalation channel as your customer support takes customer’s for fun.
    They don’t have antiquates to TALK and neither they firm on their words..
