The passengers to pay the difference of fare for tickets already purchased at old rates before 25.06.2014, the pending amount collection is now possible across any computerized reservation counter.
The system will issue a new ticket keeping the original PNR status intact. The new ticket will be handed over to the passengers after collecting the difference of fare and the old ticket will be retained.
