Railways has evolved the state-of-the-art web based complaint receiving
system for immediate redressal of grievances of rail users. A web based
Indian Railway Complaint Management System (IRCMS) is operational where
a passenger can lodge complaint in respect of services provided by
zonal railways through SMS and can send to Mobile +919717630982 or can
lodge complaint on the prescribed web based format at the following web
address from anywhere in the Indian Railways system:
http://customercare.indianrailways.gov.in/criscm/common/complaint_registration.seam
It
has obviously opened a new chapter in the arena of prompt disposal of
rail users’ grievances and the Eastern Railway users can now fully
utilise this mode of communication for immediate redressal of complaints
and suggessions also.
