What will passenger do when there is no Foot Over Bridge
Consumer court, Bhopal, ordered railways to compensate kin of a woman run over by a train seven years ago while crossing a railway track. The woman died while trying to board a local train at a station, which was not linked by a foot-over bridge (FOB).
The judge said, "it's responsibility of railways to construct foot-over bridges at railway stations to facilitate commuting of passengers." (timesofindia.indiatimes.com)
